Despite the game is not graphic dynamo, it heats my laptop. The reason is that standard FPS is 300FPS as far as I know. Setting for limiting FPS is highly underrated way to noticeably reduce pressure on graphic card in any game. I highly recommend adding setting for limiting FPS, 30 or 60 are my usual used settings. (V-sync helps, but direct setting would be better) You can easily count that drawing picture 300 times and 60 times per second is very different load for computer to go through. In the keyboard setting menu the primal key for subs is wilder and when I alter it to letters, it remains wide. Maybe it should change shape based on assigned key?

Hi, Morrell! Please make sure to follow the bug reporting guidelines going forward. Good catch with the icons there. I fixed that bug today after I saw your post. I don't see the use for a FPS limiter option; vsync already does that and it seems redundant. I will research it further though to be sure as Unity has several options related to this and if the game is running at 300 fps then yes that is a waste of resources. I will ask what your proof is that it moves that fast on your laptop? No, it heating up a lot is not enough. I will follow up in a day or two here. EDIT: I have set something so that the target frame rate is set to 60 at the title screen. I would still want to see this info you had that lead you to believe the game was going at 300 FPS though. PS People loved your new intro video!

Thanks, I will. (also sorry that I reply now, I didn't get the notif and I was also away from home...) Well, I was waching usage of my graphic card, with v-sync on it was at 40%, with it off it went 100%. BTW, to have better proof I added the game to my Steam library and ran it with steam overlay, which allowed me to see how much FPS game runs and it went worse. in main menu it went over 500 FPS. With V-sync on it got locked at 60FPS. (and honestly not many people know that V-sync works that way) Look at video at highest res to see fps as I move in the menu. FPS value is very tiny, but it is shown in left upper corner of the vid. ------------ oh right, my machine, it is one of two which rendered the video: notebook Windows 10 Processor: AMD Rynzen 7 3700U RAM 6GB (in total 8, but two are used by graphic touchscreen) Graphic: AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 game version Alpha013R03 ------------ update After some thinking I wondered why settings menu keeps 300 and main menu over 500, I decided to make the run to see how the game runs FPS during gameplay too so I made vid again, along with taskmaster on the screen to show usage of HW along with FPS to see where it is draining and when it's not an issue. I apologize for no sound, still trying to solve that issue with recording software. It seems like menu and video are on highest FPS, the game probably runs on 300 or something over 200, while settings menu runs on 300. As the fight goes, so does goes up the pressure on the graphic card which forces lowering of fps. (later running at 60 fps I remained in reasonable usage of graphic, about 60%) (and I know I'm terrible fighter now, completely out of practice. )
