Here I theorize how some of Karasuman's attacks might be like.
Basic outline: Karasuman would ideally rarely stay in one place for long, when Alucard moves to one side of the room, Karasuman should dash to the opposite side quickly then prepare to attack, in SoTN, his tendency to take his sweet time trying to land on the side Alucard is standing on made him an easy opponent, so I suppose he should be made to land much faster, and the arena could be widened to put some distance between him and Alucard.
He could be forced to land by striking just as he prepares to dash to one side of the room, but his speed should be set such that this isn't very easy, and would also require a long weapon to pull off.
Attacks (I'll represent Karasuman and his attacks/projectiles in purple and red, Alucard and his projectiles in blue and dark blue):
Homing missile: basic attack, after Karasuman dashes to one side of the room and lands, he opens his wings and lets loose a number of homing missile projectiles, in the shape of crows materializing from the feathers of his wings.
These missiles could be either homing or simple projectiles that emerge in a variety of patterns, forcing Alucard to evade while closing in.
Storm: mid-level attack, if he's on a side of the room opposite, he could do this attack, it consists of opening his wings and letting out a rapid barrage of (destroyable) feathers. This attack speeds up and he fires feathers faster and faster as time goes on, but the feathers could be destroyed, the objective of this is that Alucard must attack very rapidly, while utilizing a shield with a fast weapon while advancing in Karasuman's direction, and would need to attack faster to get rid of the feathers that increase in intensity, when the player finally gets close enough to him and attacks him, he's stunned for a few seconds and the attack is interrupted to reward the player for managing to attack him despite the intensifying projectile attack.
Crow form: Karasuman turns into a flock of 6-7 crows all of a sudden, said crows would begin to divebomb Alucard like missiles, however, there would be one "true" crow and the rest would be illusions, this crow could be identified by the fact that it barely ever attacks Alucard, hitting the true crow would damage Karasuman and interrupt the attack.
And now, for his melee attacks, these would be used if a dash was interrupted or if Alucard is otherwise next to him after an attack that's not a storm.
Defend: After being hit a couple of times, Karasuman could wrap himself in his wings, which would make attacks useless against him. If he's hit enough while doing this his wings are forced open and he's stunned for a few times, but this would require a very high-speed weapon. Defending is part-one of another attack, swat:
Swat: Does this in melee normally or if Alucard failed to force his wings open during a defend (in which case the attack is even stronger). Karasuman opens one wing rapidly in a direction, swatting Alucard away and throwing him into a wall, ala Bloodwing Bat's wind gust. He would also leave one wing open for a while after doing this attack, meaning if a quick player times a jump quickly after a defend, he could land on his opposite side and attack him.
Of course, more attacks could be added to this list as needed, these are just what I thought of, enjoy.
