In an effort to streamline this process and keep things from becoming a huge fucking mess, I have come up with some simple guidelines that must be adhered to when posting about bugs/crashes. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT FOLLOWING THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN THE USER'S THREAD BEING DELETED AND A WARNING BEING ISSUED. REPEATED VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE USER'S ABILITY TO POST ANY FURTHER REPORTS BEING DISABLED!
Also please note: these rules will be updated every so often. So make sure to briefly check before making new bug reports to ensure you are meeting all of the required items on the lists below.
Patreon Supporters: please be sure to email me from Patreon telling me what your screen name is on here before posting. This is VERY important. TYVM.
Crashes: crashes are when the game errors out and shuts down. This will be followed by your OS generally giving you an error box.
All crashes must include:
Bugs: are basically programming oversights or unexpected/undesirable behaviors. Some examples would be if the player gets stuck in something, if controller inputs don't respond correctly, graphics errors, etc.
All bugs must include:
Brief videos when either of the above occurs are also welcome and encouraged.
If you are using a development build, you may also see errors appear in the lower left of the game screen. If these occur, you will want to send me your player.log found in this directory on your PC- C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\CompanyName\ProductName\Player.log
Note that you will want to make a copy of this file BEFORE you run the game again, or you will lose the data related to the error and I will then be unable to troubleshoot it. This is VERY important when these occur.
As a crash/bug is corrected I will mark the thread as **FIXED** myself by editing the thread title. NO ONE else is to do this without my permission or the user will receive a warning on the spot. A 2nd occurrence will be a ban from posting in here. If I miss a thread where a bug/crash was fixed, feel free to PM me. I'm human. I do make mistakes.
Other than that, please use common sense when posting in here. As I do not intend to babysit people nor will I tolerate any trolling attempts. But with these rules in play, this will hopefully be a very productive process that will ensure I can fix any issues in a timely fashion and help to improve the overall gameplay experience for all of you out there!

Crashes: crashes are when the game errors out and shuts down. This will be followed by your OS generally giving you an error box.
All crashes must include:
- What device are you using (Ex. PC, laptop, potato with a battery attached etc).
- Your Operating System (Windows 10, Mac, etc.)
- Your CPU (Ex. AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-core)
- How much RAM you have (ex. 16 gb)
- Your video card (ex. Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti)
- All relevant details possible when the game crashed (use common sense here; if you leave me a wall of text, you will get a message asking you to concise it before I'll consider reading it. But at the same time, leave enough details that I can figure out what is going on too.)
- Is this crash reproducible and if so, what steps must be taken (this is extremely important as it is not at all uncommon for applications to crash every so often. But at the same time, should not be frequent)
- What version of the game/demo you are using
- A screenshot of the error message after the crash (if possible; which it definitely will be 95% of the time)
Bugs: are basically programming oversights or unexpected/undesirable behaviors. Some examples would be if the player gets stuck in something, if controller inputs don't respond correctly, graphics errors, etc.
All bugs must include:
- What device you are using.
- Details on the symptoms of the bug, as well as how to reproduce it in detail (where, when, how, etc.)
- What version of the game/demo you are using
- A screenshot of the issue (if possible; of course this varies based on the type of bug)
Brief videos when either of the above occurs are also welcome and encouraged.
